蕃茄薯仔湯
蕃茄薯仔湯
材料:
蕃茄 3個
薯仔 2個
瘦肉(水展肉)~ 醃料:豉油、豆粉、油各少許。
薑 1片
水 2湯碗
鹽 少許
做法:
水+薑,煲滾後,加入蕃茄。滾大約10分鐘,直至蕃茄溶了及出味,再加入瘦肉及薯仔,再滾大約10分鐘。煲到薯仔都淋了(隨著個人喜好可以再加蕃茄),最後加鹽少許,即成。
